Great Waffles Golf Return Policy
At Great Waffles Golf, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to make things right. However, we understand that sometimes a product simply isn’t the right fit—and that’s okay! Please review our return policies below before sending any items back, as most of our clubs are custom-built.
Stock or “Off-the-Shelf” Items
Items that are stock or unmodified—meaning they ship directly from the manufacturer and have not been altered—are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

The item must be in brand-new, unhit condition.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Examples of eligible items include:

Uncut, raw shafts (irons, putters, drivers, wedges)

Grips
-
Pre-built (non-custom) putters

Pre-built (non-custom) iron sets

Pre-built (non-custom) drivers and fairway woods

Bags

Apparel
Note: If a product has been opened, used, or otherwise altered, it is not eligible for return based on manufacturer policies.
Custom Clubs or Shafts
Because custom orders are built to your specifications, custom-built or custom-ordered items cannot be returned for any reason, even if unused or unopened.
If your custom item arrives damaged, out of specification, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make it right—either through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been used, please reach out to us right away. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or provide a partial refund/discount depending on the nature of the issue (for example, cosmetic defects versus functional damage).
